Abstract
|
|
|
Primary malignant melanoma of the vagina are believed to arise from melanocytes which may be present in the epithelium of the vagina.
These tumors are very rare and comprise less than 0.5% of all vaginal malignancies, which are the worst prognosis compared to other malignant vaginal neoplasms.
We present a case of primary malignant melanoma of the vagina with brief review of literature.
